ROOM IN A DAY

Do you ever wish you could change the look of your room in a short time? If you have friends visiting, are anxious about an approaching holiday or would just like some instant gratification this service is for you! 

  • We will initially consult with you in the shop, and typically, will only require one visit to your home so we can see the room and gain a better understanding of your vision and how that will work in your unique space. We will spend two hours consulting with you at this meeting. The next visit will be when we oversee the delivery, installation and styling of goods to your home.

  • We arrange the delivery and you don’t have to lift a finger! We will use the white glove professional company we use to deliver items to our design clients.

How many visits will this require? How does the merchandise get to my house? We arrange the delivery and you don’t have to lift a finger! We will use the white glove professional company we use to deliver items to our design clients. Depending on items moved, location and time spent, a fee will be invoiced to the customer after the design in a day is completed.

What if I change my mind about certain items? Before we depart your residence, we will do a thorough run through of every item you would like to keep and what you would like to edit out. We will even provide you with a preliminary estimate.  At the time of our departure, we are to assume the client will be purchasing any goods left in the home at this time.

What kinds of items should I expect to purchase for this service? Anything in the store! Everything from upholstered furniture to case goods and in-between.  We find that even if the customer does not require new upholstered goods, we are able to move their furniture around and create a new layout and this makes a huge difference! From there we consider lighting, accessories, occasional tables, mirrors, wall art, and pillows.  We can even consult with a professional stylist if you have a space in need of a serious injection of style!

What are the costs involved?

Two hour initial consultation in home - $500

Hourly rate for room on installation day - $175/hour (including travel time)
